This can be done as a daily theraphy or anytime that you need to get your anger or other negative feelings under control. The thing is others don’t even need to know that you are doing it. Even in a direct confrontation you can engage conscious breathing to bring yourself into focus and control. By doing this, you are working toward to look younger naturally.
